I bought 10 litres of AD Blue filled the tank and followed the reset procedure (ignition on for 30secs before restarting (I actually left ignition on for about 3 minutes!). Ok so the only way to reset the adblue is to take it to a mechanic or the dealer to have it reset to 0. It's the only way it can be done. I have encountered this issue many times with audi vw mercedes diesel vehicles. It's a normal procedure.
